🌟 Episode13: Lumi’s New Year Wish
Lumi sets off on a tiny magical adventure with one gentle wish in her heart.
It’s not a wish to change the world—
but one that softly lights the way for someone else.
The winter air was perfectly still.
Just before dawn, the world was half-asleep.
Lumi wrapped her scarf tighter
and carried a small lantern up the hill.
“They say New Year wishes should be whispered only in your heart,”
said a star-like old woman Lumi once met last winter.
At the top of the hill,
the eastern sky slowly turned gold.
Lumi closed her eyes.
— May everyone’s days feel a little warmer.
The lantern flickered softly,
and a tiny magical path appeared at her feet.
“…Let’s go.”
With each step,
the glowing path faded gently behind her.
Then, the sun rose.
In that moment,
the path turned into light
and melted into the morning wind.
Lumi smiled.
“This is enough.”
A new year doesn’t need a big miracle—
just a small light to believe in.
With that thought,
Lumi walked home in the sunrise.
